Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We offer Priority Mail shipping to customers located in the United States. Orders should arrive within 3-5 business days. We also offer standard International shipping to a range of destinations outside of the United States.

Please note that all orders will be fulfilled either the same day or the following day after the order is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the item's original delivery date. In order for an item to be eligible for a refund or exchange, it must be returned in its original condition (unused, with original tags attached).

We recommend using a shipping service that can provide you with a tracking number. Needle Golf is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment.

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your account will be credited for the original amount paid, less any shipping costs, upon receipt and processing of the returned item(s). For exchanges, you will be responsible for any difference in price between items returned and new items requested if the cost of the latter is greater.
