SHIPPING
Please note that all orders will be fulfilled either the same day or the following day after the order is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Orders should arrived within 5 days from order date but with the current shipping situations worldwide there may be unforeseen delays. This is out of our control but we will do our best to assist should there be a shipping service delay.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the item's original delivery date. In light of the current shipping situation we will be extending our return window to accommodate longer shipping times until the 2021 holiday season is over. In order for an item to be eligible for a refund or exchange, it must be returned in its original condition (unused, with original tags attached). Please contact us at info@needlegolf.com to initiate a return or exchange request.

We recommend using a shipping service that can provide you with a tracking number. Needle Golf is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. For exchanges, you will be responsible for any difference in price between items returned and new items requested if the cost of the latter is greater.
